Top officials at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), President Joe Biden, are creating a program to allow young adults who cross borders and illegal aliens to freely enter the United States.
Biden’s administration is seeking bids to a DHS contract. This contract will ensure that border crossers and illegal immigrants ages 18-19 years old, who officials claim “pose a low risk of flight”, are not monitored by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
While existing DHS programs are more strict in their compliance, the new program would permit border crossers and illegal immigrants to be monitored via “community-based service” and not require GPS tracking.
An ICE release on this program stated that “This program won’t include GPS or any other monitoring technology.”
The program will not require border crossers or illegal aliens to check in with ICE agents monthly via telephone. For border crossers and illegal immigrants, the program will “develop and sustain a network of age-appropriate community resources.”
Sources close Breitbart News claim that Endeavors, a federal contractor linked to Biden, is almost certain to win the contract to execute key provisions of this program. Endeavors secured a contract worth $530 million from DHS in the last year, after it hired a former Biden official.
Endeavors is supported by several corporate-backed organizations such as the Bob Woodruff Foundation and United Way — all of which have ties with multinational corporations and the country’s largest banks.
Federal contractors also take taxpayer money through various contracts with the federal government, Texas and North Carolina local governments.
This program is the latest initiative by the Biden administration. It allows border crossers and illegal immigrants to be briefly held before being quickly released into the U.S. interior. Often, they are transported by bus or commercial domestic flights.
