White House Gives No Answers About Buyers From Hunter’s First Art Show

White House press secretary Jen Psaki has continued to get nasty and snap at reporters who dare question anything on the Biden Administration’s agenda. She has been known for notoriously clashing with Fox News Peter Doocy on some pretty important questions and has cut off reporters who ask questions she doesn’t want to answer.

Lara Trump recently criticized Psaki for dodging a ton of important questions regarding Hunter Biden’s newfound art career, which many have said could be “damaging” to Joe Biden. Lara points out that the more condescending and dismissive Psaki is with her answers, the more disappointing and scandalous it all seems.

“So this is the way that she continues to operate, and it is very disappointing. I’m going to agree with that Obama appointee there. Very disappointing and very dangerous to see this happen,” Lara Trump said.

Trump’s comment was in reference to the Obama-era director of the U.S Office of Government Ethics Walter Shaub, who criticized the Biden administration for being so quiet about Hunter’s artwork deals. He said the president’s son selling art at inflated prices and keeping the public in the dark about who is funneling the money feels “shameful” and “gritty” to him.

New York Post reporter Steven Nelson asked Psaki at a daily press conference about Hunter’s first art show, which sold five of his prints for $75,000 each. It was announced that a team of lawyers was reviewing the prospective buyers who were allowed into the show, which veers away from the White House-brokered agreement where the purchasers were anonymous. Nelson asked Psaki if the White House knows who purchased the prints and if they departed from the arrangement regarding anonymity.

“I know this is your favorite topic. But it, again, it’s still is the purview of the gallerist. We still do not know and will not know who purchases any paintings. And the president remains proud of his son,” Psaki said.

Many critics lashed out at Psaki over her snarky response and said it sends a message that the White House thinks the public has no right to ask about ethics, especially since they’ve been talking about it over the last four years. Psaki only revealed that a “system has been established” to allow Hunter to pursue a career in art without violating any ethics.

Psaki previously lashed out at Nelson for asking about the paintings and said the president remains “proud of his son” and that they do not know who purchases the paintings. “Did you have another question on something else? Otherwise, we’re going to move on to some other topics, there’s a lot going on in the world,” she adds.

Lara Trump shared with Fox News that there is a huge difference between continuing a legitimate business practice when your father becomes the president of the United States and starting a new business in a field you’ve never had experience in and inflating the prices like Hunter Biden is. She said that people can clearly see this is a problem and the fact that a handful of reporters can’t get an answer from the White House about it is “really, really upsetting.”

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that this screams nothing but unethical behavior and shady dealings. But then again, it’s the Biden family.
