Trump Adviser Hints At The Former President Launching His Own Social Media Platform

Just days after former President Trump was permanently banned from Twitter following the January 6 Capitol attack, a number of alternative social media apps and services flooded Apple’s App Store and Google’s play store.

Twitter, along with other Big Tech companies, have spent weeks silencing and censoring over 70,000 accounts with conservative speech for violating vague ‘content policies’ that they have refused to elaborate on. Now, conservative leaders are fighting back by launching their own social media platforms and vowing to protect free speech for all Americans, including Donald Trump.

Jason Miller, one of Trump’s longtime aides, has announced that the former president will be returning to social media with his own platform that will ‘redefine the game.’ During an interview with Fox News host Howard Kurtz, Miller hinted that the platform would attract tens of millions of users and will be launched in about two or three months.

“I do think that we’re going to see President Trump returning to social media in probably two or three months here with his own platform – and this is something that I think will be the hottest ticket in social media,” Miller said.

While Miller says that he can’t elaborate on the details, he adds that there have been ‘several companies’ reaching out to Trump and figuring out what direction they want to head in on a new platform with him.

Other conservative politicians have also launched their own platforms in attempts to work against Big Tech censorship, including MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell. He made the announcement after being booted from Twitter for spreading ‘election misinformation,’ but pushed back and said that he would be creating a platform that allows users to freely speak. He adds that he has been working on the site for nearly four years now and says he will be fighting to cancel culture through a platform where “people will be able to talk and not walk on eggshells.”

Another conservative-friendly app, Parler, has also been fighting Big Tech after being wiped multiple times from Apple and Google app stores. Big Tech companies originally blamed Parler for taking part in the Capitol Hill siege, adding that users planned the chaos on its platform. However, studies by the watchdog group ‘Media Matters’ pointed out that Facebook and YouTube were more involved in planning the attacks than any other social media platform….and they didn’t get booted out of the App stores.

Banning Trump has had a ripple effect on many smaller platforms being silenced and censored by Big Tech. It’s worth noting that the further political polarization is also growing to the digital divide in which Republicans fight for free speech while Democrats attempt to take it away. Just another unconstitutional move by the radical left.
