As we reported, there was violent action in Atlanta on Saturday night when Antifa attacked the Atlanta Police Foundation building, other businesses, and police vehicles to protest the killing of Manuel Teran. Teran was shot by police after he allegedly shot a cop and they fired back in self-defense. The police had been trying to clear out the site of a new police training center that leftists have nicknamed “Cop City” and have been occupying for months. There have been multiple arrests for domestic terrorism related to the site.
The Atlanta mayor said that in the Saturday action, some of the people had “explosives.” The police reported six people were arrested after Saturday’s rioting.
But that wasn’t the only violence related to the Cop City site. There was also violence in Boston and it involved the child of House Minority Whip Katherine Clark (D-MA).
Police were called to reports of a protest at the Parkman Bandstand monument in Boston at about 9:30 p.m. Then, multiple officers observed Jared “Riley” Dowell, 23, defacing the monument with spray paint. The graffiti said, “NO COP CITY” and “ACAB” (All Cops Are Bastards). ACAB is a common Antifa motto.
When the police tried to arrest Dowell, they were surrounded by a group of about 20 protesters who screamed profanities at them and tried to interfere in the arrest of Dowell. During the arrest, an officer was hit in the face and was bleeding from the nose and the mouth.
Dowell was arrested and charged with “Assault by Means of a Dangerous Weapon, Destruction or Injury of Personal Property, and Damage of Property by Graffiti/Tagging,” according to the police statement.
Clark acknowledged that Dowell was her child.

Clark identified her child as her “daughter,” so it would appear Dowell is now identifying as a woman.
We’ve reported previously about what Clark has said about her children in the past and that maybe explains how things ended up this way. This was the opening “leadership comment” that she made last month.

Maybe the problem is encouraging such extremism and fear in your children, rather than saying that’s not a good approach. Then maybe they wouldn’t turn out to get arrested for radical actions against the police.
