Georgia Judge Finally Approves Fulton County Ballots To Be Audited

The state of Georgia was a crucial swing state in the 2020 presidential elections and has been pointed to as “ground zero” for likely election fraud. Henry County Georgia Chief Judge Brian J. Amero recently ordered the unsealing of 145,000 Fulton County absentee ballots to be inspected by auditors to check if there was double-counting in the ballot process. This is a big step towards restoring transparency and confidence in our elections.

“Friday’s decision came in a lawsuit filed by nine plaintiffs, including Garland Favorito, a Fulton County resident, and self-styled election watchdog. It’s one of more than 30 Georgia lawsuits stemming from the November presidential election and the January runoff for the U.S. Senate. Some of the lawsuits are still winding their way through the courts,” Amero said.

Lawyers for VoterGA.org, Garland Favorito, and another plaintiff have described large discrepancies between the number of ballot batches reported by GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and the number of ballot batches provided by court-ordered access in the previous April hearing of the case. They requested the actual physical ballots to understand the number of counterfeit ballots certified, adding that they’ve been examining ballot images at a “low resolution.” They filed the suit in Fulton County to determine the extent of any possible wrongdoing or fraud.

According to leaked video footage, Fulton County election workers sent home the observers on Election Night and appeared to be counting ballots privately around 10:30 PM until 1:00 am. They were seen scanning the same sets of ballots through tabulation machines multiple times. Biden had received 98% of a 23,487 batch of votes at 12:18 am on Election Night, and another update at 1:34 am had 136,155 votes going to Biden and 29,115 votes going to Trump.

Former Sen. Kelly Loeffler said that voter confidence in our election system is the “bedrock” of our republic and that these claims must be investigated. She said that Judge Amero’s decision is a helpful step in restoring transparency, accountability, and voter confidence and that the state of Georgia will look forward to the findings and rebuilding its faith in elections.

“Unfortunately, inconsistencies in Fulton County’s November 2020 absentee ballots cast serious doubt on voters’ faith in our elections. An independent investigation even characterized Fulton County’s absentee ballot handling as ‘generally bad management,’” Loeffler said.

Nine witness affidavits have testified that there were unusual stacks of mail-in ballots with “pristine sheets, no creases, and perfect bubbles” that all went for Biden. They said three boxes contained 100% Biden ballots, three boxes contained 98% Biden ballots, some ballots were marked with toner instead of a writing instrument, ballots were different in the stock or paper used, and that there were nine unsecured ballot bags.

In a risk-limiting audit conducted by Raffensperger, they found an error rate in the batch data of 21%. This severely compromised the integrity of the election, leading many to believe that the excessive amount of apparent “double ballots” solves the 21% batch error rate. There is also still some mystery around why these home election observers were sent home on Election Night in the first place while Fulton County workers stayed behind. It wasn’t far-fetched for former President Donald Trump to question Georgia’s ballot process and claim massive voter fraud.

Georgia Gubernatorial candidate Vernon Jones, however, has vowed to pursue a deeper audit of the 2020 elections if he were to win. He said if the 2020 elections were the “most secure in American history,” then Gov. Brian Kemp and the radical left should be welcome to a full Georgia audit as a way of verifying that claim.

“Georgians still have questions about irregularities found in the 2020 election and they deserve answers. We must get to the bottom of all of this and other irregularities to restore trust in our election process. If Mr. Kemp refuses to demand an audit, then I will when I am elected to replace him,” Jones said.

While Trump has not yet made an endorsement in Georgia’s 2022 elections, he has promised to endorse a Kemp challenger. Jones has been an avid Trump supporter since leaving the Democratic Party and even spoke at the Republican National Convention in support of the former president.

“The Democratic Party does not want Black people to leave their mental plantation. We’ve been forced there for decades and generations. I have news for Joe Biden, we are free, we are free people with free minds, and I’m part of a large and growing segment of the Black community who are independent thinkers. And we believe that Donald Trump is the president that America needs to lead us forward,” Jones said during his RNC speech.

Fulton County has received national scrutiny following the November 2020 presidential elections and hypothetically speaking, if the audit found enough fraud to change the results, then Biden’s lead would shrink to 279, and Trump’s vote count would be 259 – which is not enough to alter the results of the election, but it would send a message.
