Sharon Stone Blames Harris Loss on the Uneducated Redneck Voter

Actress Sharon Stone, who is not aging well, by the way, was in Italy recently and blamed the Democrat blowout on people like me.

Ok. I guess… I live in The Great Barren Flyover; I don’t travel. I am not educated. I am dumb, ignorant, and violent. Wait a sec…I live in a major U.S. city run by Democrats, I have a BA from a private college, and I’ve been to Canada, Britain, France, and Jamaica. Hmmm… Well, maybe she meant everybody else but me.

For somebody with a purported IQ of 154 and considered academically gifted as a child, Stone only got her diploma eight years ago (BA Creative Writing.) The ink’s still wet. Mine (double in History and Political Science) practically rivals the Dead Sea Scrolls in its antiquity.

Now usually, educated people learn to avoid blanket statements at an early age. If that message takes root, it helps one avoid belief systems that say all minorities steal, or all women are bad drivers, or all men are pigs. For Stone, however, she apparently failed that part of her elementary school’s curriculum. We out here are the hicks, the deplorable, and the fascists. We’re one big collective Mussolini when we’re not busy being one big collective Hitler. *sigh* It’s so hard being schizophrenic.

Seems like a lot of Hollywood progressives have issues when they level the same accusations at conservatives that they are blind to when troweling on makeup during the Morning Mirror Exercise. I guess it’s easy to overlook your own flaws when you’re busy zeroing in on somebody else’s. If Stone really believed what she said, you’d think that a bigger concern for her would be that there are at least 71 million uneducated grownups in this country who voted (not to mention the millions more that didn’t). Surely that is an indictment of our educational system, which doesn’t seem to bug her much.

Now Stone said dumb, uneducated Americans caused Harris to lose the election. Apparently, we slobber on ourselves so much that we have to reach for the drool cloth instead of books. And when we’re not driving America’s trucks, farming America’s food, or unclogging America’s toilets, we’re just wallowing around in our bubble of contented ignorance. Italians, who have had experience with fascism, had a less than 50 percent educational attainment rate (attended school at least through the eighth grade) at the time of the Mussoleonic (sic) experience. Apparently, at the time of our Trumpian experience, America’s educational attainment rate is over 90 percent. So I guess you could say that the Italians were suckers in the 1920s, ’30s, and ’40s because they were uneducated, but Americans are suckers 100 years later because we are educated. Huh?

I think maybe Stone is educated, but that academic giftedness didn’t transfer over into implementation very well. If you doubt that, read this:

“We must say that good men must help good men and those good men must be very aware that a lot of your friends are not good men, and you can’t continue to pretend that your friends are good men when they are not good men.”

As far as I know, the only other person who speaks like this is Kamala Harris. And that didn’t serve her very well earlier in the month. Get a clue, Dear.

While I realize that Stone had a successful acting career at one time, it can’t be avoided that she is best remembered for flashing her lady business in “Basic Instinct”…a pedestrian achievement that any actress with similar parts could have accomplished. Having such a mediocre claim to fame, I don’t know why anybody would seriously listen to her about the election.
