Wow. Just, Wow.
If you haven’t watched the full speech of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announcing the suspension of his campaign and his endorsement of former President and GOP nominee Donald Trump, you need to do it posthaste. Not just for the reasons mentioned, but to hear RFKJ speak truth to power:
RFKJ called out the legacy media, the censorship, the Democrat coup, the Deep State collusion to keep him off the ballot, the lawfare against Trump, the Ukraine war hoax, and pours out receipts on what the government is trying to do to censor, destroy, and overrun our individual liberties.
Here’s an excerpt of the speech, where he exposed how Democrat-controlled PACs colluded to keep him off the ballot.
WATCH:
Very few people have laid all of this out as cogently or as detailed as RFKJ did; the full speech is well worth your time and consideration.
But you won’t find it on CNN or MSNBC. The outlets started out airing the speech, and as soon as RFKJ began calling out the legacy media on their mess, their fauxnalists decided they needed to combat the “disinformation” by talking over his speech or simply cutting away:
In other words, business as usual:
RFKJ’s speech is a seismic shift to the 2024 election, and like a massive earthquake, there will be plenty of aftershocks. The reaction thus far? Some positive, some befuddled–and some negative at best, clueless at worst. The fact that RFKJ announced this right after the DNC coronation of Kamala Harris was not only timely, but well-played.
Congresswoman Lauren Boebert (R-CO) gave RFKJ props, and compared his laying out policy to the fact-devoid babble at the DNC:
Flash polling is already experiencing aftershocks. After all, anyone who was on the Kennedy-Shanahan train didn’t want to vote Democrat for a reason. Even if they do not choose to vote for Trump-Vance, they will not be hitching to the Harris-Walz ticket either:
And should Trump win, it’s possible Kennedy would work with his administration to root out the Deep State corruption in the public health/agriculture/food apparatuses of our government:
One X commenter was not only choked up by this, but awakened to the possibilities of what this could portend:
I spent months thinking RFK Jr. was a CIA plant because his campaign manager is former CIA.
I thought the whole reason he ran was to split the vote and usher in the Democratic candidate.
It now appears his entire race was for the purpose of gaining enough influence to ensure a Trump victory against the Deep State.
I didn’t get it. I was wrong.
Today, RFK Jr. became the Kennedy they stole from us.
On November 5th, America will became the nation they stole from us.
Of course, you have the legacy media, and certain Democrat operatives having a normal one. David Axelrod, in particular, cannot believe the son of his “political hero” has fallen so far:
Robert F. Kennedy was my political hero. He battled fiercely & eloquently against poverty, injustice and for economic fairness. Sadly RFK Jr, who made a rambling exit from the race today, proves that sometimes an apple DOES fall far from the tree…in this case, down a hill and over a cliff.
Robert F. Kennedy Sr. would have been appalled to see his son cut a deal to drop out for he race and endorse Trump,
Cry more, David. The Kennedy family, who already embarrassed themselves by disavowing RFKJ’s campaign and endorsing Biden (and now Kamala) are clutching their pearls again, even more appalled that he has endorsed Trump, calling it a “betrayal” of family values. This is the Kennedy family, so that could be taken a number of ways.
Then there are the nattering nabobs of the legacy media, some sneering at RFKJ’s concerns over our national health.
Others are taking the piss (as the British say) on the “Team of Rivals” partnership between RFKJ and Trump.
Finally, there is the response from the Harris-Walz campaign. Campaign chair Jen O’Malley Dillon responded, appearing nonchalant about this recent development. O’Malley Dillon took the opportunity to dump on Trump, then recycled the canned bromides from Kamala Harris’ speech on Thursday night. Then she made the pretense of welcoming any Kennedy-Shanahan voters back with open arms:
“For any American out there who is tired of Donald Trump and looking for a new way forward, ours is a campaign for you. In order to deliver for working people and those who feel left behind, we need a leader who will fight for you, not just for themselves, and bring us together, not tear us apart. Vice President Harris wants to earn your support.
“Even if we do not agree on every issue, Kamala Harris knows there is more that unites us than divides us: respect for our rights, public safety, protecting our freedoms, and opportunity for all.”
Sure, Jan.
