It is that time of the year again when sports begin around the country at all levels of competition. Young girls in high school and collegiate sports will make their way onto the field to compete against each other in a fair battle between the two teams. That is unless Joe Biden has anything to say about the competition. Biden wants to let biological makes compete against the female sex in all sports. The old man is putting women at risk for rape and attack by physically keeping the sexes apart.
The sexist battle is just beginning because the girls do not want men beating them up on the field or in the locker room. And since Joe Biden cannot sniff these girls, he is not inclined to listen to their side of things.
The Tennessee Attorney General’s office is taking up the fight for fairness. They have blasted out at Biden for the way he is using federal anti-discrimination laws to push his dangerous doctrine. He has twisted the law to meet his version of torture for women in sports.
The state of Tennessee needs to be successful in stopping Biden in his tracks from abusing women in America. The federal government has overreached its authority in many areas, and the states are fighting back to keep Biden and his goons from taking control. All Biden wants to do is flex his old muscles and force every school district in the country to let men beat up women on the field and in the locker room.
The lawsuit states that “The recent guidance from the Department [of Education] and the EEOC concerns issues of enormous importance to the States, employers, educational institutions, employees, students, and other individual citizens. The guidance purports to resolve highly controversial and localized issues such as whether employers and schools may maintain sex-separated showers and locker rooms, whether schools must allow biological males to compete on female athletic teams, and whether individuals may be compelled to use another person’s preferred pronouns.”
To say that Biden wants to remove the dividing wall between the sexes ad force them to shower together and dress off the same bench. Joe Biden has no business putting women in that kind of danger.
Herbert Slatery is the one leading the fight. Others join him from “Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, and West Virginia.”
The women in these states tell Biden to back off and keep his nose to himself and away from the girls. The EEOC and the Department of Education want people to believe that the issue is highly controversial. They comment that they want to keep from offending the single digited number of men that want to be girls.
Only Congress can legally change laws. There is not an agency around that has the power to change the rules on a national level. But these are Democrats that are being dealt with. They believe they live above the law and have the right to do whatever their little hearts desire. And if they want to make women play with men, they feel that it is their right to do so.
Slatery noted that “This case is about two federal agencies changing the law, which is Congress’ exclusive prerogative. The agencies simply do not have that authority. But that has not stopped them from trying.”
For these greedy agencies to pass down the changes, Biden needed to issue an executive order allowing them to interpret the law in their favor. But Biden is about the find out that his orders carry little weight in Republican states that want to protect women living there.
Biden’s law assumed that “Children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports. Adults should be able to earn a living and pursue a vocation knowing that they will not be fired, demoted, or mistreated because of whom they go home to or because how they dress does not conform to sex-based stereotypes … All persons should receive equal treatment under the law, no matter their gender identity or sexual orientation.”
He would rather the women be rapped and assaulted than for a child to be denied access to a toilet. The old man makes no sense, and it is time for him to go.
